Tutoring isn’t Just for Kids – Tomorrow is for Those Who Prepare for it Today!*

Is lack of a high school diploma or its equivalent, a GED, holding you back in your career?

Do you do poorly on tests even though you have the knowledge?

I’ve been tutoring adults on obtaining their GED and passing or increasing scores on professional certification tests for more than 30 years.

Additionally, I work with the Army through their “March2Success” program to help young adults to get ready for the all-important Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) test. To join the Army as an enlisted member you must usually take the ASVAB) test. The maximum ASVAB score is 99.

For enlistment into the Army a minimum ASVAB score of 31 is required. Your score determines which Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) you qualify for, and every MOS has different ASVAB score requirements.

I have won awards from the Army for helping to raise ASVAB scores - sometimes up to 30 – 40 points, which can greatly benefit a soldier’s career.

Front Line Certifications are Crucial

Having a GED is a basic requirement for many frontline responders, such as firefighters, paramedics and EMT’s. I’ve coached dozens of adults through their certification and licensing exams.  This also includes nurses, who need to pass their state board NCLEX-RN exams.

We are a certified vendor with the MD Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services (DORS).
